Please read these terms and conditions carefully before making a reservation at HillTop Cabins. By making a reservation, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

1. Booking Confirmation:
– All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation.
– Full payment is required upon booking.

2. Cancellation Policy:
– Cancellations should be made atleast 7 days prior to check-in.

3. Check-In/Check-Out:
– Check-in time is from 12PM, and check-out time is by 10AM.
– Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability.

4. Guest Responsibilities:
– Guests are responsible for any damage or loss caused to the property during their stay.
– Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the rooms and common areas of HillTop Cabins.
– Pets are welcome but must be kept on a leash and under control at all times. Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets.

5. Property Policies:
– Please do not eat or drink on the beds.
– Please do not remove any amenities or facilities provided from the premises.
– The use of illegal drugs and disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated on the premises.

6. Liability:
– HillTop Cabins is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury to guests or their property during their stay, including but not limited to theft, accidents, or natural disasters.
– Guests are advised to secure their valuables and belongings at all times.

7. Privacy Policy:
– Any personal information collected during the reservation process will be used solely for the purpose of completing your reservation and will not be shared with third parties.

8. Force Majeure:
– HillTop Cabins shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, and government actions.

9. Amendments:
– HillTop Cabins reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
